Terms and Conditions:
By booking an appointment with Shelly Blossom Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email or message with your appointment details.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that things can come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without proper communication may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
4. Payments
Payment for all services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash or bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung). All prices are subject to change, and any additional services or upgrades will be billed accordingly.
5. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30 € is required for each wig installation and will be processed directly through our booking system. This deposit will be credited toward the final balance of your service.
6. Service Guarantee
While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with every service. However, if you experience any issues within 24 hours of your service, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
7. Product Care
Please note that proper care of the hair at home is necessary to ensure its quality and longevity. We are happy to provide care instructions to help you maintain the best results. Shelly Blossom Hair is not liable for any damage caused by improper care or incorrect coloring.
8. Revamp Service
We offer a “Revamp Service” where you can have your purchased wigs washed and styled according to your preferences. This service is designed to give your wigs a fresh new look. Please note that shipping your wigs to us and back is your responsibility. Shelly Blossom Hair is not liable for any products lost during postal delivery.
9. Home Studio Policy
Please note that Shelly Blossom Hair operates from a home studio. To ensure a relaxing and comfortable environment, we do not allow extra guests or pets during appointments.
10. Address and Directions
After booking, you will receive an email with the full address and directions to the studio 24 hours before your appointment.
11. Calendar Availability
My booking calendar opens on the 28th of each month. Be sure to check the calendar for available appointment slots.
12. Quality of Hair and Lace
We only work with premium hair and lace materials, including Raw Hair, HD Lace, Swiss Lace, and French Lace. For the best results and longevity, we prefer to use Shelly Blossom Hair Extensions.
13. Hair and Lace Submission
For wig installations, hair and lace must be sent to us 7 days in advance to allow for proper preparation before your appointment.
14. Personal Information
Your privacy matters to us. All personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for communication related to Shelly Blossom Hair services.
15. Product Purchases
All sales of hair products, including wigs and bundles, are final. We encourage you to ask any questions about the products before purchase. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
16. Right to Refuse Service
Shelly Blossom Hair reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, disrespectful conduct, or failure to follow booking guidelines.
17. Liability
Shelly Blossom Hair is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other adverse effects caused by hair products or services. Please inform us of any known allergies before your appointment.
Bridal Bookings
I would love to be part of your special day! I offer bridal styling services for brides. For inquiries, please send an email to: shellyblossom-shop@gmx.de
Before the wedding, I offer bridal fittings where we get to know each other and try one simple hairstyle of your choice. We will also discuss all the details for your big day.
If an in-person fitting is not possible, I offer a online consultation. You can send me your inspiration beforehand, and I will recreate the look for you via video call.
Please note that transportation and accommodation costs must be covered with your booking. The full booking payment is required through our booking system.
